Young Adult Affordable Transitional Housing Program: Designed for young adults (18 yrs to 26 yrs) who are in need of housing and  goal based orientation necessary to acclimate into society as a “WHOLE”.  We provide the necessary tools needed for our clients to make healthy choices in every area of their life.  We have a supportive staff who truly care for our clients, and in many cases share similar life stories, and have overcome successfully.  So, with compassion and understanding, we aim to ignite a TRANSFORMATION in our clients life.
